How I Work

I'm a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist (BSc Hons in Counselling & Psychotherapy), trained in person-centred therapy and integrative approaches. That means I tailor the way I work to suit your needs — supporting you in finding your own path, in your own time.

I bring not only professional training, but lived experience — including 8 years of sobriety — and deep understanding of the challenges that can come with addiction recovery, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence (AuDHD).

Whether you're facing a specific issue or just feel that something isn’t quite right, counselling can offer space for clarity, healing, and personal growth.

• - University of Brighton - FdSc  Degree in Person-Centred Counselling

I pride myself in always looking for further training in new areas, to bring a widened and robust collaboration of skills to my work.

* Office location is just a few minutes walk from the main bus services and train station.  There is also disabled access to my office.

I also offer Telephone and online sessions, with home visits available subject to requirements.
